Our 0800 IMMUNE phone service will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 1 September).

The IMAC team will be attending the National Immunisation Workshop, meaning our clinical phone line will be unmanned from 4.30pm today (Monday 31 August) through to 8am on Wednesday 2 September.

Clinical queries can be emailed through to 0800immune@auckland.ac.nz and will be answered as soon as possible.

• If you have a cold chain inquiry out of hours, please follow the process outlined in your cold chain policy, and ensure that the vaccines are quarantined until you have received advice from your local immunisation/cold chain coordinator.
