Please note that the 0800 line will not be available on Christmas Day and Boxing Day or on 1 and 2 January 2026.

For any urgent matters, please contact your local Immunisation Coordinator.

If you have any concerns regarding cold chain, please quarantine vaccines until advice can be sought. Further cold chain advice for the holiday period will be provided in next week's IMAC newsletter.
